I am facing issues in encoding resolutions which are non multiple of CIF for h263v2 1998 / h263+ video using VLC and libavcodec. My goal is to encode raw/yuv XGA / HD resolution video to h263+ video but vlc throws error saying encoder failure.
VLC version is 1.0.3. Is libavcodec library outdated or VLC itself doen't allow not CIF multiple video resolution for h263+?
