Hi all,

i have some tracks with a large range of stereo sound (for example A state of trance from Armin van buuren) but when i want listen to them in VLC, there are automatically converted to the mono i can switch that in the audio -> audio channels -> stereo but for each song separatedly during the playing! and thats annyoing.. please help or explain why vlc does that.

Sounds like you have configured mono in your preferences. Reset them.
