Recently (past couple of months or so), when watching something in full-screen, the taskbar likes to pop up at random times. To get rid of it, I simply restore the window to it's normal form then reactivate full-screen. However, this is annoying. Here are some pictures (resized so not to strech out the page).

This is where it gets interesting. This picture shows the taskbar and the awesome Kamen Rider Wrath.
So, anyone got any ideas why the taskbar shows up? It only does so when I'm watching things in full-screen.
