Fullscreen - How can customize interface ?

Hi all !
When I am in fullscreen mode , if I touch/move the mouse the interface appears !! I hate this !
How can I do to avoid this problem ? I'd like the intreface apperars only if I click some button's mouse (ex. 3rd button).
It is possible ?

Is it possible to shrink the full screen controller and add/remove buttons? Thanks in advance.

Hi!
My problem is exactly the contrary of Conca's. When I move the mouse in full screen mode, nothing appears anymore. Is there any way I can change that. I exaclty thought the appearing of the interface was very useful, but now I don't have it anymore. How can I solve the problem?
