buffering

Hi Folks
new guy on the block,hoping to get some help as I am not the greatest at this, anyway here goes, when I open up the file the buffering is slow and the picture wont move forword is there anything I am doing wrong. hope I have explaned enough.

not all time but sometime the picture not moving is due to slow speed of your net.or if you are working with numbered of side due to congestion its also happened or sometimes its became to streaming quickly because heavy picture quality and traffic .
