http code for stream?

Hi.
Sorry if it is the wrong place for this topic.
I have a little problem regarding stream. I'm a newbie to stream, so please have patients with me.
I have spend a couple of days now, trying to find a solution, but can't seem to find it.
I have a website of my own and have uploaded a film to that site. My problem is in short how to create a link on the site that opens the film in streaming mode.
If i use/open VLC and choose Media/Open networksstream... and types the URL for the film it starts playing in streaming mode but when i create a link (to the file) in a page on the site and click on it, the film wants to download BEFORE starting to be showed in VLC. I want it to be streamed NOT downloadet first.
You can try it out for your self.
Paste the following URL to networkstream in VLC and see a stream as i want it: http://film.zabhood.dk/Transformers2.avi
Then just click the URL and se whats happening. It wants to download the file before playing it!
As told before i have spend a couple of days reading the documentation and search the forum, but without finding a solution. Someone please help me!
If it is possible at all, then i really want some help in creating the webpage URL so that it opens a stream, just like the stream that occures in VLC when opend in "open networkstream". I'm aware that this is not exactly a VLC topic, but would be very happy if someone could provide me with a solution.
Please someone help me! Or just point out the direction/place to a possible solution.
Using: Vista, IE and VLC 1.0.1 Goldeneye
PS: Sorry for my (bad) english.
