Chinese subtitles last character issue

Hi,

I'm having a little bit of trouble with chinese subtitles. They are displayed properly except the last characters of each line which are always screwed (displaying 2 question marks instead).

Here's a screenshot showing the issue:

I'm running with vlc 1.01 (issue also present on 1.0)
