i can not record tvu player using profile "mpeg-4 + aac

hello every one, first of all i am sory for my english is not good. this my first topic , problem : when i start to record tvu player using this profile "vedeo - mpeg-4 + aac (mp4), vlc just send this error message "Streaming / Transcoding failed:VLC could not open the encoder."
