GPL Violation

Hello,

I think HiQ Player violates the license of VLC. It uses libvlc to play a multicast stream from Swisscom (a Swiss DSL provider), without complying to the terms of the GPL.

I've already written a mail to the author, asking him to comply with the GPL, without any answers...

I've also posted a message here, because he posts on this forum quite often...

Maybe if some of you could write him a message, so he'll open his source code?
