Can I Save A File's Settings After Changing Subtitles/ETC?

As the title suggests, I'd really like to know how to make a file stay the way it is after I change it while viewing it. For example, some files I download tend to play at certain aspect ratios, video speed and audio speed, disabling subtitles and more. Anyways, sometimes the file has a language I don't understand or want, and everytime I open the file I have to change it, the same happens with other videos, it's set to 4:3 as default when it's actually a 16:9 video. Now, all these things are settings I have to manipulate every single time I open the files. How can I save a file in that certain way so that everytime I watch it, it's that way automatically regardless of interference.

Please dignify me with a response :)

VLC is not the right tool for this.
