Hi im new to the forum, but have a VLC player for quite a while. I only played music and video in it. Now i want more!
i have the newest version of VLC and im running on windows XP service pack 2, and another puter service pack 3. I dont no if this question is a windows related question but geuss not.
I am trying to capture the VLC visual effects while playing music. And have been searching and searching how, but just cant do it.
The music file is not my problem, wat i want is too capture the visual effects.
What ive done so far is ad my music file, then in AUDIO- Visual effects - Goom, i play it offr, but how can i capture the GOOM effect?
and were and how do i save it?
i managed to save a screen file but wen playing it off it was the Goom effect was empty.

so could someone explain in easy to understand english how this can be done, cis im not all to geeky, and everything ive found so far is far to tech for me to understand, or is very outdated and for the old players.
