VLC 1.0.1 regression : E-AC3 decoding

Hi
VLC 1.0.0 (RC4 and final) supported E-AC3 decoding but VLC 1.0.1 does not decode E-AC3 audio tracks any more. E-AC3 has become important in France since June 1st, 2009, when HD DVB moved from AC3 to E-AC3.
Where can I report this regression ?
