Create Multiple File Sync Playback

Postby Pocahontas » 07 Aug 2009 19:34

Greetings! I am, as they say, between a rock and a hard spot, or in this case, between a VLC player and the endless expanse on my imagination.
I have never used this forum before, but I am hoping that someone out there in cyber space can help me can my pickles.

I am in the process of making three sync-screen video in premere pro, in order to edit properly, I need to export and playback the files in VLC simultaneously.
I cannot find a setting in VLC that allows for this.

Is there a setting that allows VLC to be programed to a clock (so three players would begin at say oh' eight hundred hours?)
or is there a way to put three files into one viewer so that one play button activates them all? or to sync three screens?

If anyone has any advice on how to go about making VLC work for this application, it would be greatly appricated, and desperatly needed.

THANKS!
safira

Just did. Did not know about MUX and it did exactly what I needed to do.
Merci beaucoup mon ami, tu me sauves d'un embarras!
