Playlists in rel. 1.0

Hi,
I have upgraded to rel. 1.0 (default skin), but I have difficulties with the playlists:
- When I double-click an .m3u playlist in Windows explorer, the tracks are sorted alphabetically in VLC. How can I switch that off, so that the tracks appear in the order as they are stored in the playlist?
- In VLC 0.86 the playlist had an “open playlist …” and “save playlist” button that opened a file dialog … in VLC 1.0 can I just not find these buttons or are they still “under construction”?
Thank You for your help.
Thomas
P.S. And “Thank You!” to all who wrote VLC. It is fabulous. I use it for several years now, and I play back m2p videos (SD and HD) The image quality is breathtaking, far superior to the alternatives I have seen, including expensive standalone DVD players at my monitor/TV.
