RC4 has ac3 audio problems that it plays back channels only and RC4 still has some rare subtitle problem like subtitles runs super fast (.sub format mostly), MPlayer has none of these problems.

Yep, this is AC3 with 4 channels (L C R, LFE) and sounds like the Center channel (where I believe the dialogs are) is missing, even when played downmixed on a stereo system.
It's playing fine in MPlayer though.

add --codec avcodec to your command line in order to fix it.

i used desktop shortcut VLC_1.0\vlc.exe" --codec avcodec but it did not work and audio was still same

Yep, same for me, it doesn't help.i used desktop shortcut VLC_1.0\vlc.exe" --codec avcodec but it did not work and audio was still same
