Questions (Volume and Wallpaper)

1. I know there is a feature to turn volume to 400% but i cannot seem to find it!
2. I know there is a feature for video backgrounds but after enabling i still cant right click and set as wallpaper

ANY AND ALL HELP is greatly appreaciated.

Preferences+>All=>Interface=>Main INterfaces=> Qt.
