hi

i can install 0.8.1 from scoure code, because there is no makefile!

Can someown help me?

If there's no binary for your operating system, you have to go through a bootstrap/configure, which generates a set of makefiles. If you are on Windows, Mac, or one of a couple of other OS' (at least BEOS?), binaries are available, makes life simpler. Look at Install, and/or install.win32, to get a feel for what must be done.
