Error with subtitles

I have problem with subtitles.
Subtitles are inside of movie (it is an DVD movie)
If I load up a movie (Band of brothers) then subtitles doesn´t work
If I load up another movie (Madagascar) then subtitles works correctly.
Could you help me, please?
