MP3 streams don't update the song title

When I play an online radio-station with an MP3 stream, VLC will display the Artist/Title of the initial song but then it never updates. This has been an issue for years on VLC for Ubuntu/Linux. Is this a known bug and will it be fixed before v1.0 is final?

It is fixed in 1.0 and it wasn't an issue for years, just for 0.9.x

Great news, thanks! Hasn't 0.9.x been out for at least 2 years? Didn't mean to make it sound like a criticism.

0.9.2 went out last october.
