Playlist Weirdness

Hello All!
I am experiancing some weirdness with the WWW interface playlist that I can not seem to fix.
First I queue a bunch of media I want to listen to in the playlist.
Then I skip into the middle of the playlist (for example the 5th song on the list, but it could be any)
When the song finishes, I expect it to move on to the next one, ie. the 6th song, but instead it reverts back to the first playlist item!
Furthermore If I jump to the first song in the list, and the song finishes, it replays the first one again before going to the second one.
Also clicking the next button in the web interface seems to have the same effect as the song ending.
If I use the GUI playlist, and preform the same steps, it plays the next song as expected.
If I turn on random play, it randomly selects the next song just fine.
The loop and repeat options have no effect on this problem.
Is there an option in the WWW interface that I am missing for this or is this a bug? Anyone else encountered this?
This happens in VLC 0.9.9 on both Windows and Linux (hence posting here).
