Play some live *.ts File

I have some *.ts File, which is continues grows up because it is streamed (time shift)...

My wish is to Play this File with Browser Plugin for Firefox. The HTML-Side is working, but the Video stops at this timemarket when the File is "downloaded". This is my Problem, is it possible to play the updated File forward without starting from begin?
