Does any one know how can i activate RTSP "Set_Parameter" method While VLC is running?
Parameters like Bit rate and Resolution.

You can't. There no standard parameters anyway.

OK, but there is a standard method at RTSP rfc.
Why VLC shouldn't let the user the abillity, for example, through RC.

Because that's not implemented.
