Simple streaming?

Hello VLC community,

I've been a long time VLC Player user, the software is just awesome!

I've finally reached a point where I need to use VLC for streaming purposes.

Here's the scenario...

Computer 1 is going to upload an audio and video stream via VLC (Standard GUI Version)
The server will accept the stream via CVLC (the command line version, possibly VLS?).
Computer 2 will view the stream through any media player that supports Rtsp.

I'm having trouble getting this working.
Can anybody assist with this issue?
