Vlc doesn't see plugin files?

Hi Guys,

I'm buildling 0.7.0 for Mandrake 9.2, and I can't seem to place the libflacdec_plugin.so file so that VLC can find it.

Tehrefore, I'm not getting any FLAC decoder support.

The other .SO files seem to work, but when I place libflacdec_plugin.so into the directory, nothing happens. Is it corrupt? Does it need anything else before it works?
