Audio Lagging

hey guys...
when im playing any video (doesnt matted if thats a DVD or any video file) then video is alright, but audio is kinda lagging...
is hard to explain how exactly lagging... i would say its just a codec issue, but all others players plays alright!
so its just a VLC whats doing this mess to me.
Ive tried on another laptops and works well, just not on mine...
i tried to install new version of VLC and new ac3filter, but all versions keeps the same problem...
