strange little incompablity bewteen 7.2 and 8.1

strange little problem, I guess transcoded , video from version 7.2 and broadcasted over UPD is some what incompatible with version 8.1. it will not display in full screen. and is surrounded with a black bars all the time.. if I swicth to a braodcast from 8.1 it is fine again ( but since 8.1 does not like transcoding to mono for me . i use 7.2 to broadcast)
