convert MPEGTS files to mp4

Hi
i have files in MPEGTS format and i want to convert those file to mp4 format with vlc ,
what is the command ?

vlc video.ts --sout '#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,acodec=mp4a}:std{access=file,mux=mp4,dst=video.mp4}'
