Is it possible to change the scroller function?

Before I start, please note that English is not my native language, but I hope I can make myself understandable.
Downloaded the latest VLC this morning, and got a question
With the old version of VLC, I could use the mouse scroller to forward/rewind the movie. However, now the scroller changes the volume instead. I've checked the settings, but I didn't find any option the change the scroller function.
So, is it possible to change the scroller function to forwarding/rewinding the movie?
