Issue while opening the stream in the client computer

Hi ,

I have the streaming server installed in my linux machine.....The movies are hinted and stored under /usr/local/movies

I start the streaming on my server and the video opens and shows streaming....I specify the ip address of the client machine on my server .....

When I try to open the video from the client from Open network stream option it throws error and dosent open the video.....
I can manually open the video by opening it in quicktime player but this would not help me actually streaming the video...

Can anyone let me know if there is any work around to solve the issue.
