Save video from composite input

Hello all,

On my Asus G2S laptop I have a tuner with a composite input.
I can view video from composite input with "Open capture device" and configuring the composite input of the tuner when I check "Device properties" in "Advanced option".

My problem is when I want to save the video with "Convert/Save".
I use the same configuration than in "Open capture device" but I can't configure "Device properties" because additionnal configuration doesn't popup.

Do I miss something or there is another way for vlc to do it ?
