Using Wall on monitors with different aspect ratios

I love the wall feature, and used it extensively with my 3x dell 2007fp rotated to portrait. But now that I have had 2 2007fp and one 3007wfp I can get the same loving as before and as a result I only end up watching videos on the one centre screen.
I have the same setup as this guy
I would love to be able to get wall up and running again, (it does all kinds of weird things now)
Any ideas on setting for this.... i'm a full n00b with console commands so any help would be much appreciated.
