Video out of sync after seek (mkv)

Hello

I'm using vlc 0.7.0 on mac os 10.3.2. I created a mkv file using mkvtools. The video plays well. VobSub works. The video seems to stay in sync when not seeking.

After a seek video is some seconds before audio and subtitles. Audio and subtitles seem to be still in sync.

As a test I created the same file with nocues: exactly the same effect.

Here is the log of a seek (with cues):

message warning: message queue overflowed
macosx debug: stream has changed, refreshing interface

Hi

I'm sorry. It goes out of sync anyway. I was wrong. I just watched that whole movie to test it ;-)

Gucky

Hi

I did some more tests. With the same source video and audio, I have no sync problem with ogm or avi. I created the same movie as mkv, ogm and avi. Only mkv has sync problems.

The sync drifts, video is in front of of audio.

Best,
Gucky
