Save the Videosize

Hi,
when I try to watch a Video over and over again, VLC doesnt keep the Video size.
In longer Videos this is not a problem, but in shorter ones like music videos he keeps jumping back to the normal size.

Say:
I want to watch a video with 320x400 Pixels in size. But I want to make it even smaller so I can put it in my corner and watch it while working. So I shrink it down and when it ends and starts again (repeating mode) it is back to the normal size!
How can I force VLC to keep my format?

You can force it in the preferences=>All=>Video options.

No I cant. I set the video size to -1 so VLC will adept the size the video gives to it and still after every loop it goes back to the initial size of the window. It is not using my format.
I drag the VLC window to a specific size and play a video, when the video ends and starts again it has its initial size, ignoring my dragging.
How to solve this?

Use 1.0 is the only way I know to have this fixed.

Is there no workaround or fix?
