JVLC frame-by-frame + change caching value

Hello,

I was wondering how to get near to a frame-by-frame functionality by using jvlc.

I am working on a program where I need to "jump" to a specific frame. Has anyone an idea to realise that with the current jvlc methods? Maybe changing the caching value would help. How can I do that with jvlc?

Cheers,
Gawain

You have to wait VLC 1.0.0 to have frame by frame in VLC and therefore in jvlc.

But is there also a way with JVLC to change the caching value for playing files?
