JVLC and video stream

Hi,
I am new to JVLC, I have to write a JSP page which is going to use JVLC to play the video stream:
1- Can anyone tell me please how to play video stream using JVLC? (I already know how to play a video file)
2- Is there any documentation for JVLC API which has some explanation about the APIs?
