help with multi title dvd rip

Hi,
I have a multi title dvd (about 60 titles) and was wondering wether it was possible to rip the whole dvd (not just title by title which would be a pain)?
I tried to use several dvd ripoing programs but always faced the same issue : the titles are in the wrong order...any idea if I can achieve that with vlc ?
