FM radio frequency

VLC version 0.9.6
I want to set up analogue FM radio playback via VLC player.
What kind of value should I provide in Capture device> Advanced options>TV tuner channel (that is the only option I can currently find suitable for the input) to select, for instance, 106Mhz frequency?
Is correct country code crucial for this setup?
I would greatly appreciate your help in answering my rather "newbie" question.
