how to save ??????

Hey i was just wondering if anyone can help me simply save the file... i just can't get it to work.
I don't want to edit it just save it so that i can put the video on facebook.....
Please help i'm not very good with computers

Stream to a file. Go to:
Media >> Convert / Save...

Then select you stream/media (presumably a stream), and then press "Convert /Save". Enter a location and filename for the "File" section. If you want to stream as-is try e.g. "RAW" as the encapsulation, then when setup press "Save".
