Problem "Unrecognized format"

Hi all,
I want to kindly ask about a problem "Unrecognized format" that I have when I stream an avi file (PAL) to my Dreambox Satellite receiver(via ethernet- WEB interface).
Sometimes the streaming corrupts and freezes the image and the streaming restarts.
This is not always (for the same avi) happens. Sometimes plays OK.
I check the avi file for errors but there is none.
Please help.
