Make a shortcut to an audio stream

The radio here is offering it's HD broadcast on stream.

The link that vlc uses to open this is:

http://wpr-ice.streamguys.net:80/wpr-music-hd2

How can I put a shortcut on the desktop for this?

In Windows-- any version -- go desktop > windows explorer > file > new > make a shortcut shows as an option.

In the shortcut data box just put the above example in and move, if necessary to the desktop with appropriate label.
