Simple repeat of an mp3 file

Cannot find how to repeat an mp3 clip.

The only reference I saw was in a user chapter 3 on command line.

OS is Windows XP.

How can I replay the selected mp3 clip on a conitunuous loop?

The 'repeat one' function in playlist mode appears to go to and endless loop which is what I wanted to do for a test tone.
