No PMT table in multicast stream

Hi everyone!
I have a network multicast stream (mpeg-ts) that i would like to transcode and stream to the internet. The problem is that I have four different streams in it and PMT table doesn't exist. VLC debugger can detect PIDs but can't tell which one is for what (video pid, audio pid, and for which channel). I've tried dumping the entire stream and analyzing with different tools but with no success.
Is there any way that I could recover these PIDs and find out which one is for what?
Thanks!
