"libdvbpsi error (PSI decoder): TS discontinuity" errors

Hi all,
I have a streaming source (a DreamBox Satellite Receiver) in my home and can watch the TV broadcast stream perfectly over home network (in the same subnet).
The problem starts when I am on internet. If I am on internet, I can not get the stream and I got
libdvbpsi error (PSI decoder): TS discontinuity (received 6, expected 0)
error in the debug output of VLC player.
There is no Firewall port forwarding or like issues because I can reach the Satellite Receivers web page and when I click, I can get the authentication request from VLC player. When I enter the username and password, it tries to establish a connection and then the connection goes to CLOSE_WAIT.
I checked the ports in use from the home network, and saw that only 8001 is used between the VLC player and the stream server (satellite receiver) so I allowed this port from the ADSL router at home. I can see that I establish a connection to the satellite receiver.
Where can be the problem? Any ideas?
This did not seem to me as a Satellite Receiver's problem, because I can perfectly watch the TV from home network. May be there are some intermediate ports used during session establishment and I can not catch them at home via "netstat" command.
Anyhelp is appreciated. Thanks and regards..
P.S. I am using VLC 0.9.4 on Vista.
