Hello,
it looks like post processing feature doesn't work on VLC MacOS X client (now i'm using VLC version 0.8.0-test2).

Whatever i see (DivXs, XviDs, MPEG4s .mov, MPEG1, MPEG2) just stop working when i enable post processing. It doesn't care if i set post processing low as 1 or high as 6.... it just freeze video and only audio goes on :(

Any help?

PS: i'm using a G4@1300MHz/2GB RAM/ATI8500 running Mac OS X 10.3.5

This is supposedly fixed in the current build.

0.7.2 is considered "old" :)

I am currently using the current 0.80 version and post processing still doesn't seem to work properly.

When I turn it on, all it does is lock up the video while the audio track still plays through.

OS X 10.3.6, VLC 0.80.

OS X 10.3.6, VLC 0.80.
Strange... postprocessing is finally working (here) in version 0.8.
Try deleting VLC preferences:
/Users/your_user/Library/Preferences/org.videolan.vlc.plist
