This video is very strange.
It's a MP4 container and the video stream seems to be XviD although no FourCC code is reported. And according to Gspot and MediaInfo the bitrate of the video is 59 Kbps and the audio is AAC LC with a bitrate of 4 Kbps.
These bitrates are way too low, no wonder why nothing is shown nor heard.
And even more weird, variable FPS have been used for the video.
I think there is something you're doing wrong, you should explain us step by step how you have recorded this video.

ok now here i put the steps that i'm dn for the VLC (by the way... i'm using VLC 0.9.2 Grishenko and VLC 0.8.6i)
Media -->> Convert /Save --> Open-->> Capture Device
Capture mode = DirectShow
Video Device Name = 713x DBA Analog Capture
Audio Device Name = 713x DBA Analog Audio Capture
Advanced Options --> video input pin = 1
audio input pin = 4 (all the other settings in the Advanced option are default)
When setting up the output configs...
Encapsulation - MP4
Video - MPEG-4
Bit Rate = 800 Kb/s
Audio - MPEG 4 Audio (AAC)
Bit Rate = 96 Kb/s
All the other setting are set to default..
The saved location is a seperate FreeNAS server storage..
I have tried to save the file in to local hard drive too
Result was the same...
Please help me to save my self...
