VLC can't open a stream url

Hi,
I am trying to open up a stream url to an internet radio station and it does not want to work.
If anyone wants to test, the stream url is:
mms://mediasrv-the.musicradio.com/PlanetRock
The site url is: http://www.planetrock.co.uk
Anyone else has experienced this problem???
