how to support various lanuage Audioes in VLC?

Postby Hughes » 11 Aug 2008 13:33

I'm reading the /demux/live555.cpp (the verison is vlc-0.8.6h-).
I find that it creates subsessions for each media in the SDP, and setup, finally play.
so if SDP has one video and two audioes, VLC will receive all.

for example, SDP has one video, one French audio, one English auido.
VLC will receive the video, the French audio, the English audio totally. Is this right?

if people select the video and the French audio, VLC will decode the video and the French audio,
but willn't decode the English audio. Is this right?

Thanks!
