Transcode output size estimate?

Is there a way to get a transcode output size estimate? I want to be able to specify some transcode options and get a file size estimate. I understand the estimate may take awhile to generate but it would be alot quicker then actually doing a transcode just to get the file size and then deleting the file (which is what i'd be doing).

Either that or is there a way to specify an approximate output file size in transcode options?
