VLC Wizard Help

I am trying to convert an AVI video to MPEG4. I can't seem to figure out what to put in the last step of the Wizard process. Here are things I've selected...
1. I selected Transcode/Save to File, and then click on Next.
2. I then selected my stream by clicking on Choose... and then finding the AVI video that was saved to my computer from my Flip Video Camera.
3. For the video transcoding settings, I selected the codec H264 at a bitrate of 1024 kb/s. For the audio transcoding settings, I selected the codec MPEG 4 Audio with a bitrate of 128 kb/s.
4. For the encapsulation format, I chose MP4.
5. THIS IS THE PART THAT TRIPS ME UP... When it says "Select the file to save to", I click on Choose, but I don't understand what I am choosing because I already chose the AVI file in the first step of the wizard. What file am I supposed to be choosing?
Any help on this would be much appreciated...
Thanks,
Spencer
