MPEG-TS RTP 2250 parser

Dear all,
I am looking for RTP 2250 payload header source code in VLC player. Can you please help me to get the sourc code for RFC 2250 payload parser?

There is no such thing. The common RTP header is parsed by the RTP receiver, and the payload is plain MPEG-TS, fed to the demuxer.
